The Terrapins competed at the Texas Super Section Swim Championships March 22 to March 25 held at the University of Texas and came away with a 3rd place team finish behind the Denver University Hilltoppers and the Colorado Springs Swim Team.

Leading the Terrapins was Alexei Sancov who won 5 events and recorded one of the fastest 200yd free swims in history for the 17-18 boys age group. Alexei won the 50fr (20.27), 100fr (43.41), 200fr (1:32.80), 500fr (4:16.08) and 200IM (1:45.85). In addition to the wins recorded by Sancov, the Terrapins won the men’s 400 free relay with a time of 3:01.90 (Alexei Sancov, Matt Fetterman, Niklas Weigelt, Andrew Rodriguez) and the men’s 400 medley relay with a time of 3:20.63 (Gennady Sytnik, Adrian Dulay, Alexei Sancov, Andrew Rodriguez). Emily Lo also contributed with wins in the 100 Breaastroke (1:01.43) and 200 Breastroke (2:11.29). Jessica Larson also won the 50 Free event with a blistering 22.87 swim.
