Over President's Day Weekend the team traveled to participate in the Desert Committee Championships in Las Vegas.  For many it was the first time on a travel trip with the team and for many it was the first time competing in an indoor pool.  All rose to the challenges and new experiences, walking away more experienced swimmers.  All walked away having formed stronger bonds, team camaraderie, and memories that last a lifetime. 

Leading the way were 10 and girls Elizabeth Joseph and Kaya Andresen who together placed in the top 3 for finals in every event they swam, the majority of the time taking 1st & 2nd place.  All Terrapins participating in the meet obtained multiple best time swims and qualified for finals in multiple events.

Congratulations on a great team trip/meet!  GO TERRAPINS!!!
