The Terrapin Age Group Team had a strong representation at this years Winter 14&Under Junior Olympic Championships Meet on December 3rd – 5th.  Twenty-four swimmers competed in this 3-day event in the 10&under through 13-14 year old age groups.  The team had 3 high point winners leading the way for the team.  Marina Didenko won High Point for the 10&Under Girls, Fedor Igoshen won High Point for the 10&Under Boys, and Morgan Wendler won High Point for the 11 year old Boys.  All the swimmers really stepped up and the team had over 98% best times which is well above what the team has accomplished at any previous championship meets.  The 10&Under girls relay teams of Marina Didenko, Kaitlyn Whittlinger, Aubrielle Dorsett, Ava Cottam, and Miley Ulicki scored 2nd place in the 200 Medley relay and 1st place in the 200 free relays leading our great relay teams in point scoring.   The true highlight of the meet for the coaches was the amazing team spirit and comradery the swimmers showed throughout the meet.
