10 year old Morgan Wendler smashes 9 Terrapin team records and 1 Pacific record at recent TERA age group Champs meet

The TERA age group swimmers had a great March Championship meet with an awesome display of new life best swims and 10 year old Morgan Wendler helped lead the way. Morgan swam to 9 TERA team records and recorded a new Pacific Record in the 100fly. Congratulations to Morgan for his outstanding achievements at the March champs. Morgan attends Valle Verde Elementary in WC.  Morgan is still in his first few years with TERA after swimming for Walnut Country Stingrays Swim Team summer team.

Morgan’s results for 10-Under boys included:

100BK – 1:05.28

50FL – 28.10

100FL – 1:01.00 (NEW Pacific Record)

200FR -2:06.04

50BR -34.04

100IM – 1:04.50

500FR – 5:37.02

100BR – 1:13.65

200IM – 2:16.10

The Terrapins next meet will be on April 23-25 at the Concord pool. This will be the first Long Course meet of the year.
