Orange Group- Simon Sharp & Theo Htun

Simon has put in a fantastic effort, particularly in improving his freestyle technique. His endurance and speed have increased significantly, and he’s shown a lot of focus during drills. Simon’s positive attitude and dedication to each set have inspired his teammates to push harder. We’re excited to see his continued growth in the months ahead!

Theo has been making impressive progress in his backstroke, showing better body position and powerful, smooth strokes. His enthusiasm and willingness to listen to feedback have helped him improve quickly. Theo’s energy at every practice lifts the whole group’s spirits, and he continues to set a high standard for effort. His dedication is a big part of what makes our team stronger!

Blue Group- Hannah Peck

Hannah has shown fantastic improvement in her breaststroke, with more refined technique and stronger turns. She brings focus and determination to every practice, pushing herself to excel in all areas. Hannah’s enthusiasm for the sport has been contagious, motivating her teammates to keep striving for excellence. Her progress this month has been truly inspiring to watch!

Blue Group- Santiago Sotomayor

Santiago has been working hard on his butterfly, developing a more efficient and powerful stroke. His persistence in improving his form and rhythm has really paid off in recent practices. Santiago’s sportsmanship and commitment to getting better each day make him a valuable team member. We’re excited to see how far he’ll go with his dedication!

Silver Group- Maelys Herrera

Maelys has shown exceptional improvement in her freestyle, especially in her breathing technique and kick. Her resilience and determination in every practice session have led to noticeable gains in her speed and endurance. Maelys sets an inspiring example for her teammates with her hard work and focus. Her progress has been remarkable, and we’re excited to see what she accomplishes next!

Silver Group- Hugo Breckon

Hugo’s backstroke has improved immensely, with better rotation and a strong, steady pull. He approaches each practice with discipline, consistently working to refine his technique and build strength. Hugo’s positive attitude and commitment to improvement have made him a joy to coach and a role model for the team. His hard work is paying off, and we’re thrilled to celebrate his progress!

Gold Group- Kayla Gravendal

Kayla has been doing an outstanding job with her focus and work ethic at practices.  She follows coach instructions and is always trying to make changes to improve.  Kayla also does a great job getting out of her comfort zones, rising to more challenging sets and intervals and we have seen these pay off at the last few competitions.  Keep up the great work!
