Orange Group- Gracie Pezel

Gracie has done a very good job of coming to practice ready to listen to her coaches and having a positive attitude at the pool. Great work Gracie!

Blue Group- Liam O’Brien

Liam has done a great job for the month of October! Liam sets a really great example with his focus during practice, and motivation to make improvements to his technique. Good job Liam!

Silver Group- Cailyn Sabet

Cailyn has worked extremely hard for the month of October. She gives 100% of her effort during challenging sets, and is always trying to push herself at practice. Keep it up Cailyn!

Gold Group- Marina Didenko

Marina has been doing an outstanding job with her willingness to make changes in her stroke technique, focus on adapting and improving all of her skills, and her effort on training sets. She is a great teammate and very open/friendly with everyone.  She has also been very coachable and seems to be super focused to improve this season.  Keep up the good work!
